Conference Hotel
The MRC National Summit will be held in the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, the hotel is within walking distance of exceptional restaurants, art galleries, entertainment and easy access to Millenium Park, Chicago Riverwalk, the Magnificent Mile, and Lake Michigan.
Travel Awardees
Travel awardees will receive a hotel confirmation number via email no later than Wednesday, May 15.
Attendees will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Chicago located at 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, 60601. To ensure proper billing, NACCHO will reserve rooms on your behalf. Please do not contact the hotel directly to reserve your room. Reservations will be made for arrival on May 21 and departure on May 24.
Room rate and tax will be direct billed to NACCHO. All other expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. You will be asked at check-in to provide a credit card on file for any charges incurred by the traveler beyond room and tax (standard hotel policy). Hotel expenses will be covered for the entire conference. Incidentals (room service, movies, etc.) are not covered under the NACCHO travel policy.
